Create and manage your templates as described in the following sections:
What is a Template?
Templates are a way of saving a preset format for a document or file that the format does not have to be recreated each time it is used.  Typical use cases for a templates would be emails, alerts, or generated documents.
Create a Template
To Create a Template:
- Open settings from the User menu.
- Select
Templates 
from the
UX dropdown menu.
- Click + Add New in the top header of the Queues list view to add a new Queue.
- Fill out the required fields and hit Save.
Configure a Template
- Create a new Template
- Update the following settings
Setting | Description |
Name | The name of the template to be displayed in lists |
Source | The source of the template.  Can be Text, Document, or Webpage |
Description | Description of the templates use case |
Active | Template active or inactive status |
Types | Types of template. Can be Email, SMS, Document Generation, or Phone Call |
Body | If type is text, the body of the text template |
Sender | If type is text, the template sender |
File | If type is file, the file to be the uploaded as the document template  |
Page ID | If type is webpage, the page identifier for the webpage tempalte |
View the Template Configuration
To view the queue configuration:
- Open settings from the User menu.
- Select Templates from the UX menu.
- Select the queue in the list that you want to view.
- Click the queue name or ID to be taken to the detail view.
Delete a Template
To delete a Template:
- Open settings from the User menu.
- Select Templates from the UX menu.
- Search for the Queue in the list that you want to delete.
- Click the delete button. To see the delete button, you must have Delete options on the objects in one of the permission sets assigned to your user role.
